• Hops: Idaho 7, Mosaic, Strata, Simcoe

"Classic West Coast” Red IPA. Hoppy, Malty, smooth bitterness. A small percentage of dark malt give it the reddy/brown hue and caramel notes. Some newer world US hops kill it in this beer.
