Crisp with a malty backbone. This is the kinda drop you want cold and fresh, just the way we do it.
Our Lager is tapped directly from the tank, stored at 0.5C for its entire life, never touching sunlight until it's poured into your glass. Best consumed under the shade of a Coolibah tree.
I'm packed full of citra hops, and fermented using Norwegian super yeast, allowing me to turn from barley to beer in only 5 days
Buck“Oat”ty’s – Oat Cream IIPA – If you don’t like the name or the “ marks… please make sure you pass on that feedback to Nick… he insisted on it!
Enough Oats to make Uncle Toby blush….. This Oat Cream IIPA, contains 80kg of rolled oats and a reserved amount of lactose, just enough to soften any harsh edges that may result from the hops. With that amount of Oats you could probably have it for breakfast…. I mean…. Why not.
The carbonation is low on this beer… you can pretty much pour it vertically… If anyone complains it is intentionally low to keep the softness and true to style.
Does contain Lactose if anyone asks.…. and yes 7.8% is on the lower end of a Double IPA but it is very much still within spec for IIPA’s.
The alcohol mouth presence is reserved, considering it weighs in at 7.8%, heaps of fresh fruity flavors.

“Classic West Coast” Red IPA. Hoppy, Malty, smooth bitterness. A small percentage of dark malt give it the reddy/brown hue and caramel notes. Some newer world US hops kill it in this beer.
Easy, slightly hoppy, punching above its 3.5% weight class.
Why No.2? Cause when we opened we wanted to do a new pale ale every month. But by month 2 we liked the recipe so much we couldn’t let it go.
Well hello there new friend! You're holding a gold medalist in your hand right now.
I'm one of Bucketty's finest, and once you crack my top you'll understand why. Do it. DO IT NOW.
Yes. Yes we do! After being asked every day if we have a ginger beer, the answer is finally a resounding YES! This brew is packed full of gingery spice and goes perfectly with a wedge of lime.
The English style bitter is a classic favourite. A malty reminder of the motherland, perfect for a Sunday session!
We used Granny Smith apple juice which usually makes a tart cider. It fermented out quite low which gives it that dry finish.
We decided to use up the left-over honey to back sweeten it a bit then thought the left-over lemon myrtle might make this cider a bit different than just a run-of-mill tart cider. The result is a dry but somehow balanced cider with notes of apple, lemon myrtle, and a touch of honey
I'M BACK BABY!
OG West Coast IPA back on tap for limited time only.
Take a sip then pause for a moment as you inhale magical rainbow of amarillo, mosaic, simco and strata hops. You're in for a treat.
You thought Stout was reserved for Winter….. don’t go reaching for your uggboots just yet…. Let us introduce…. The Summer Stout….. Given the weather is heating up…. we may need to drink our beers “responsibly” quicker to make sure they stay refreshingly cool……. Enter the Summer Stout lower in ABV meaning you can session it… this is not your traditional stout, if someone likes a sweeter style… this is the beer for them.
Mid-brown, clear. Biscuity, tiny bit of sweet smoke, quite light and easy going.
Despite being a night owl, the Tawny Frogmouth is apparently a “nightjar”…. whatever that is…. Apologies to any birdwatchers/twitchers for my ignorance…. The Tawny is a mean killing machine…. So what beer would it chose if it could…. A Stout, a big IPA, a Porter…. Nahhhhh the Tawny is Alpha…. It knows what it’s got…. It wants a drink that it can smash all night, given it needs to hunt still….. it wants a bloody Mild that it can session on….. and I say good on yah mate….
And the best part…. its raising money for the incredible folks at Sydney Wildlife Rescue…
