We're Bucketty's — Brookvale's home of craft beer, live music, smash burgers and good times since 2021. Just up the road we've opened Chalky's: a 600m² adult playground with pool tables, karaoke rooms, a massive sports screen and a steak-focused menu from our Michelin-trained chef.
Two legends. One crew. We're looking for an All Rounder who can turn their hand to anything — kitchen, floor, bar — and genuinely loves being part of a team that gives a damn about the community, the food, and the people around them.
Hours: Up to 24 hours per week — Casual
Availability: Must be available weeknights & weekends (non-negotiable)
Bucketty's: Wed–Sun, Orchard Road, Brookvale
Chalky's: Mon–Sun, Pittwater Road, Brookvale
Kitchen
Keeping both kitchens running clean, stocked and organised across our venues
Supporting our chefs during service — prepping ingredients, washing up, keeping the pass moving
Deep cleaning equipment and kitchen areas to a high standard at the end of each shift
Receiving and rotating stock deliveries
Front of House & Floor
Managing the floor during busy service periods
Taking orders and delivering food and drinks with confidence and a great attitude
Running food from the kitchen and keeping tables cleared and reset
Jumping on the bar when the team needs an extra pair of hands
Helping set up and pack down the venue before and after service
Being the kind of all-rounder the whole crew can count on — wherever you're needed
You're reliable, hard-working and show up with a good attitude — every single shift
You're comfortable moving between kitchen, floor and bar without missing a beat
You can handle a fast-paced, high-energy environment without losing your cool
You're a people person — guests and teammates both love having you around
You take pride in keeping things clean, organised and running smoothly
Previous hospo experience is a plus, but not essential — we'll back you if you've got the right energy
You're available weeknights and weekends

Casual, up to 10-15 hours a week
We're looking for help on the floor during busy Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts. The job includes clearing glasses, tables and ensuring the venue is spick and span.
You don't need experience, but you do need to be ready to work. We'll train you and give you all the tools you need to succeed as part of our team. Work hard and apply yourself and we'll look after you, providing plenty of opportunity.
